Each participating company maintains its own legal identity, ownership, management, contracts, commercial responsibilities, liabilities, innovation priorities, and growth strategy.
Participation in the platform does not by itself create a parent-subsidiary relationship. Products, services, contracts, and licensing belong to the specifically identified legal company and its governing documents.
What the digital hub does
ACSIOM.co is the brand hub and digital crossroads where the participating companies intersect. It connects their capabilities, demonstrates their execution, and helps customers and partners see the greater value they can create together. Visitors can then explore the company best suited to their needs.

ACSIOM.co is a shared brand and informational digital hub, not a separate legal entity. Each participating company retains its own ownership, governance, contracts, and responsibilities. Each participating company retains its own intellectual property and licensing responsibilities. Rights used under third-party licenses remain subject to the applicable agreements. Participation in the ACSIOM platform does not transfer ownership of intellectual property or licensing rights.
